Every unit we sell is configured and output-tested to your application before it ships, so configured products are final sale and can't be returned for a refund.

If a unit arrives damaged, defective, or configured differently from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@qwksupply.com or 404-436-1069. We'll repair, reconfigure, or replace it at no cost to you, including return shipping.
